Anti-Freeze action figure
Anti-Freeze is the name of an ice-man who works for Dr X. He is last seen being chased by an X Shark in issue 137 of the comic.

A single action figure was released in 2003. It came equiped with his ice staff for use in battle. There was also a button on his belt that pumped green liquid through the middle of his chest.
